DIAMOND BULLET MEDIA

30 years experience...Emmy nominated... Plaintiff only services... Multiple 7 and 8 figure outcomes

Our Story

Exclusively for Plaintiffs, Proven at Settlement Time After Time

For over thirty years, Diamond Bullet Media has partnered with plaintiff attorneys and their clients to produce the kind of media that changes minds at the mediation table and in the courtroom. Frequently plaintiffs destroyed lives and the liability defendants face are abstracted to a few facts on paper. A Diamond Bullet presentation makes it all very real for OC, Insurers and defendants.

We come from the world of investigation and storytelling and critical communication. We conduct site visits, deep interviews, and rigorous research — then transform that raw material into presentations that move decision-makers. Our contingency model means we have the same stakes in your case that you do but lowers the risks that huge development and media production costs pose.

HEAR FROM THE FOUNDER

David W. Jones

David Jones, the Founder of Diamond Bullet Media has spent forty years creating programs intended to educate and change the behaviors of his audiences. His broadcast work has been Emmy nominated and he has gathered top awards from the New York Film & Video Festival, National Education Film & Video Festival, Council for International Non-theatrical Productions, Houston International Film Festival, Audio Visual Communications Association, the International Film and Television Festival in New York, and the State Bar of Texas Gavel Award. His work also garnered top honors from the Santa Fe International Film Festival and a standing room only crowd as an official selection at the Moscow International Film Festival.

After graduating from SMU with a BFA in communications, and spending five years with WFAA television's Investigative Journalism division in Dallas, he began independently shooting and directing investigative and documentary programs for ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, FOX, ESPN, LIFETIME, NIPPON Television in Tokyo, MaFilm in Budapest and many others. David's work has taken him to more than twenty countries including China in May of '89, where he documented the student protests in Beijing.

In the 90's, David began to produce "high impact" interactive programs for corporate clients who demanded effective media, capable of changing viewer thinking and behaviors with related outcomes. It was during that time that he began working with various legal firms, presenting cases involving wrongful death and injury. David's persuasive story telling skills that were honed in the entertainment and education industries proved invaluable as his work helped to settle cases and avoid expensive court trials.

By 1996, David began to focus exclusively on settlement support when he realized that the work for the families he met and interacted with was more meaningful than his work in the education and news industries. To facilitate a greater value to his work, and at the urging of one attorney, David adopted a contingency fee contract structured to pay him only if a settlement is achieved thereby becoming the only media service in the world to offer such a service. David's efforts over the last thirty years have helped bring in multiple 7 and 8 figure settlements with attorneys for their clients.
